      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi PM community, I am new user in the community. I lost my phone, I disactived the account. I have to send an email to get a replacement SIM card but I don't know to who I have to write. May you please help me. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

To get a new sim card, go to the Getting Started tab on this site, there is spot there for ordering a new sim. (No need to write anyone, just go ahead and order there.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
