Did you leave the old sim in a phone and reply to the confirmation text from the old provider?

Try the number in the link to re-trigger the port. Put the old sim in a phone and wait for the text to reply to.

https://forum.telus.com/t5/Mobility-Services/Help-with-porting-my-number-from-Rogers/m-p/123686/highlight/true#M9475

You will need a CSA to help you fix the porting. The chatbot link is at the bottom of page. Use that to make a ticket.
