Problem when I wanted to use YouTube with my Data plan

I had a problem still 1 week ago when I try to use the YouTube app with my data plan, It doesn’t work, and It works with my wifi, but not with my public mobile data plan.

Just youtube? Or any web page? Does the app have permission to use cell data?

Easy way is to clear cache.

Or you can also fully install and reinstall

Does browser and other apps work? does it work with Wifi?

Check if Data saver is enabled

If iOS, check if you have the app restricted from using Mobile data, you might have set it by accident.

As mentioned by @hTideGnow @check your app settings to make sure YouTube is allowed to use cellular data.

Just YouTube, but when I connect to mi Wifi it works well.

@Melodys are you on iPhone?

if you are, check the Cellular Data screen on your iPhone and make sure YouTube is toggle on, allow to use Mobile data
