call failed

Unable to receive and make a call since yesterday- error message "called failed". Can you please help? Thanks.

Check to see if there is an outage in your area:

There was reports of outages in the Montreal area from other members.

no incoming and outgoing at all? or just on and off??

try reboot your phone once

also, you have a chance to try your phone in another area as well??

Thanks for your reply. Yes, no incoming and outgoing at all.

I did reboot my phone a few times but it still doesn't work.

Thank you. I don't know if it's because of outage in my area. I couldn't make/receive calls since yesterday.

@Dewdrop I'm also having problems and thought it was the international # I was trying to call which drops instantly but then tried calling the landline # and same results and message saying mobile network not available. It was fine a couple of days ago for the incoming spam calls..
