      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I changed my service provider from Chatr to Public on the same number. It worked for a month, however after a month my number was changed without any prior notice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For that month, were you getting incoming calls?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can do this yourself in the account. Use the change number function. If indeed your Chatr is still active then put that sim in a phone and start the transfer process. Reply to the text.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope you didn't manually close the Chatr account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
