I’m trying to get an old phone number I use to have switched over. Is that possible or can I create a custom phone number? Thank you

You can only pick what number is offered while activating the SIM.

Also, you old carrier account must be active to port over your number. If it is cancelled then you can’t unless it is a Telus or Koodo account.

You can port your old number to PM.

BOTH accounts have to be active.

Log in to your PM account and do transfer number.

Keep old SIM in your phone. You will receive SMS from old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 min to authorize transfer.

You cannot create custom phone number.

If you are new customer I suggest to activate account and pick ANY number. When service is stable do transfer.
