      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ported and activated my service March 14/23, since then I have been unable to receive MMS/SMS, contacts receive them from me.&amp;nbsp; Their devices shows message sent to me but I get nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;iPhone xr, yes.&amp;nbsp; I have also inserted my SIM into another phone as well, as suggested in other posts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/280385"&gt;@Crstlcstls&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you ported over to PM, did you reply to the text with YES confirming you are porting over to PM with the old SIM in your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not then the porting is cancelled and you will not receive texting or calling.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process for you but you need to put the old SIM back in your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

A CS_Agent will help with the porting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you replied within the 90 minutes then reboot your phone by powering off then back on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
