    <description>&lt;P&gt;I guess my plan did not renew this morning so I stopped and got a mobile voucher. When I dialed *611 like I have every time for the past 3 years it just drops the call like I have no signal but I do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I try to use 611 number to renew my service which expired a day ago, but it was ending my call right away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does not give me an option to pay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, when I tried to login to my account via&amp;nbsp; &lt;A href="https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; it crashes with a message that says " user unathorized" after I putt my valid password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help will be appreciated&lt;/P&gt;</description>
