    <description>&lt;P&gt;The recent reply is incorrect. The plan can be changed while suspended. It will need money of course to get service and then that service will be on that new plan. But the money comes after the plan change choice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/280271"&gt;@Adjan23&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; As long as the account hasn't been inactive (suspended) for 90+ days without payment, then you just need to login to the account using incognito/private mode and select Plans/Add-ons&amp;gt;Change My Plan option and follow prompts.&amp;nbsp; It's advised to Change at Next Renewal normally but this may not be applicable if you've suspended service for while.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
