      <description>&lt;P&gt;"Your SIM cannot be accessed pleasecontact your carrier to obtain your PUK code"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This showed up after payment wasn't made as a result of Visa card replacement.&amp;nbsp; Been with Public Mobile for some time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
