      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a new Public SIM card when my old phone was lost.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public system doesn't recognize the SIM card number as valid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no phone service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
