      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recommended Public Mobile to a friend and he tried to use my rewards code and was told it was not valid&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He went ahead without my code, registered and is now a customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there a way to get this fixed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DOUG&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/227343"&gt;@DHSmith1000&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a public forum with other customers like yourself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your friend will have to be the one to contact support staff.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Copy your referral code from your self-serve landing page, send it to him via text or e-mail, then have him paste it in the message he submits to the customer support staff, advising them that it did not 'take' on the activation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The most likely reason is a mix-up of zero's vs O's or one's vs I's.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; It happens...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They will add it after the fact.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
