      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I tried transferring my wife's account over from koodo, but got an error 821 and that I need to contact a mod.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also checked and my cc got charged&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If a mod could reach out to me that would be wonderful&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is that Koodo prepaid or postpaid? Did you use the IMEI or the account number? Check your credit card for any charges.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
