Your old SIM will continue to work for about 2 hours until porting is completed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you picked a new number, it should work right away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So which option did you do when activating your SIM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/279782"&gt;@persephone&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which screen is "this screen"?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Remember, you're chatting with other public mobile customers on this forum, not Public Mobile staff.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're continuing to have issues, check your payment card to see if you were charged if you got to the payment screen.&amp;nbsp; Then try rebooting your device and seeing if the activation took place.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you did not get to the payment screen, try it on a desktop or laptop device as folks have better results using them opposed to mobile activations.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
