@teRRible1 - do you mean you do not see the voicemail notification badge when someone leaves you a voicemail?

Do you see their call in your 'recents' call log in your calling app?

Try restarting your phone, and also try to perform a reset of the device's network settings, this can help with finicky things.

Perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, VPN and APN settings, and connected Bluetooth devices that you've used before.

Iphone:

To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.

Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.

android:

Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.

Edit, also confirm the caller is not listed as a blocked caller in your calling app.

A call may go into voicemail if the network is weak. But that doesn't explain why you are not seeing the voicemail notification badge.

Also, checking...are you new to Public Mobile? If so, and your voicemail never worked, did you transfer over a number from another provider? Perhaps the voicemail is going to the old provider's SIM card if the port is not complete or stuck.
