      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a Sim card and activated an account, I added funds, and transferred a number over, but I have no service at all. I tried buying a different sim card, but it was the same issue. "sim not provisioned"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am very frustrated, as I have now paid for a plan and sim card that I cant use. my phone is unlocked, I am thinking it is an account issue but no one will get back to me! I am not sure what to do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
