Can I ask someone about free add on data?from 2021 Christmas time usually everyone get free 2GB data also and 2022, If I don’t finish my 2GB in the end of 2022, the public mobile will delete the rest of data from my account?thanks

HI @Jackhyf63 the addon has no expiry day. They are there until all used up

Please login My Account again using Incognito/Private/Secret browser mode and check again. You should see at least 2 line about 2GB data. If you only see one line, then one of them is used up already

@Jackhyf63 , add-on data when fully consumed will disappear from the account. I suggest using incognito mode to view the online account to make sure that fresh data is being viewed. If a data or calling add-on is no longer visible then it has been totally consumed.

The More is Merrier promo will roll over to the next month.

This will be deducted once your normal month data is used up.
