      <title>My account was suspended.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have auto pay, no problem with cc. I made 2 top up payments. 15 hours of no cellular service with the audio messege that there is no account associated with my number.&amp;nbsp; Then it works again.&amp;nbsp; I want to know what happened and my ticket inquiry was not answered.&amp;nbsp; Mar 4th.&amp;nbsp; My payment was due the next day.&amp;nbsp; this is a safety issue.&amp;nbsp; What happened?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/279177"&gt;@catecameron&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;during the 15 hours your phone not connected at all?&amp;nbsp; PM had some issue with voice service for some customers, but it should have been fixed by now.&amp;nbsp; If affected some renewal too.&amp;nbsp; But again, it is fixed now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have opened ticket with PM already and try to see what happened?&amp;nbsp; If no reply , message them again for update&lt;/P&gt;</description>
