      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/279631"&gt;@Obadiah1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;login to My Account using Incgonito/Private/secret browser mode and check if the account is active or if the money you paid is showing as Available Fund.&amp;nbsp; If showing as Available fund, it wasn't use to reactivate the service, click Reactivate my plan and it will then use the money from Available fund to resume&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can give it a try.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Login to your self-serve account.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Report your phone lost/stolen using [Profile] --&amp;gt; [Report Lost/Stolen Phone]&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Logoff&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Wait 5 minutes and login again&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Report your phone found.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Turn off your phone for 1 min then back on. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>
