I have pay bill with pre authorized payment. Why I don’t get the reward credits every month?

If you are on the points system, there is no discount for using pre-authorized payments.

HI @Harriet2023 if you joined after Jan 2022, you are on Public Points. the rewards is in Public points and you need to collect it to get what you need (like $15 bill credit)

check the My Rewards site for the rewards point you got

Did you get a welcome email mentioning a $2 reward? If so then I firmly believe you should get it...once.

@Harriet2023 - if you activated after January January 25, 2022 then you are automatically in the new Public Points. With this, you are also not eligible for the autopay reward of $2 as this is not included with the new rewards system.

honestly, the number one thing that seems to confuse people is that legacy marketing floating around by word of mouth, those legacy folk who end up trying to get referrals don't communicate that properly.

HI @Harriet2023 then you are on Public Points. You get rewards points and not rewards credit

Generally, you can redeem 15 points $15 bill credit . Or you can use the points to buy add-ons

Yeah sorry, only old rewards program will offer the $2 autopay reward, and you cannot go from new to old rewards program. Since you activate after January 25, 2022, you are only eligible for new Public Points rewards.

I understand there is still wording that Public has out there making it seem like anyone is eligible, but this is not the case.
