Do the calls complete anyhow, if so just ignore the message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you add a 1 in front does the call complete? If the call does not complete that try to restart your phone, toggle into/out of airplane mode, or do a reset of your device's network settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact the&amp;nbsp;Public Mobile&amp;nbsp;Customer Support Agent (CSA)_Team, there are&amp;nbsp;two&amp;nbsp;methods&amp;nbsp;to reach them found here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/279618"&gt;@Keerthi&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;That's a bit disconcerting.&amp;nbsp; It's only the $15 plan that has limited outbound mins.&amp;nbsp; For the $15 plan it's unlimited inbound minutes.&amp;nbsp; If you're on any other plan it should be unlimited.&amp;nbsp; You're on one of these other plans?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Remember if you call your voicemail box, the minutes will be deducted from the 100 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the future, if your friends and family are on an unlimited outgoing call plan. Just text them to call you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
