If I add on US roaming to my plan will I have to top up my account at the same time or will my auto pay look after this automatically?

HI @ajfedinaz Autopay will take care of the regular renewal. You just need to manually buy roaming addon

But if your plan is supposed to renew during the days you are in us, when you are using roaming, make sure Autopay works and plan renewed. We seen cases that roaming stop working because Autopay failed and the plan is hence suspended

Someone said you need top up your available funds first, then buy add on.

Autopay is only used for renewals.

You select the add-on and then pay for it either from your registered credit card or voucher.

Adding - @hycm53 - the newer system does not require the money first anymore.
