      <description>&lt;P&gt;Both accounts have to be Active in order to port number to PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you cancelled Virgin them most likely your number is lost.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You only have the choice of picking a new number, if you picked porting your number over. You will get a notice that the number can’t be ported over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contact a CS_Agent to help you login to your new account to pick a new number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
