      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/242181"&gt;@greg12&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the time count you see is NOT the time you can use the code.&amp;nbsp; It is just a time you need to wait to ask for new code.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The system try to avoid ppl keep asking for new code&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, you can still use the code even the counter say 0&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/242181"&gt;@greg12&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;might not be PM problem but your email sync settings.&amp;nbsp; After you request the code, go to your mail app and keep refesh i manually, usually you drag down to cause a manual refresh with server&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
