      <description>&lt;P&gt;I lost my SIM card and I’ve got the new one when I enter till step 2 it asked me for my phone number I entered mine but it says invalid phone number &amp;nbsp;that’s not correct I have this phone number for three years &amp;nbsp;I can’t pass this level to finish with SIM card and I don’t want to change my phone number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no customer service number for public mobile it is so so annoying&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/279531"&gt;@Kobraandid1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;sounds like you went to wrong place to change sim.&amp;nbsp; did you go to &lt;A href="https://activate.publicmobile.ca" target="_blank"&gt;https://activate.publicmobile.ca&lt;/A&gt; ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you need login to My Account to make sim card change.&amp;nbsp; And remember to use a computer to so it (using phone to submit change sim won't work)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, use a computer to login My Account, go to Profile tab and change sim card there&lt;/P&gt;</description>
