    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/279471"&gt;@CyrusC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is presumed you are asking this as an existing Public Mobile customer and your existing Public Mobile SIM card has either been lost / stolen / or become damaged?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, once you acquire a new Public Mobile SIM card, simply log into the self-serve portal, go under your Profile and change the associated SIM card attached to your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then insert the new SIM card in your device and it will be associated to your existing phone number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/279471"&gt;@CyrusC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes you can but first disable Lost/Stolen Phone first then go to Payment section and click on Change SIM Card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Remember to clear the cache and go incognito before login to your account on a laptop or desktop.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
