Your only other option is to private message an agent:

It's ok found a Solution , by Softech how to do it with chabot ...very special to get some help

1-submit a ticket 2-contact us. 3-other 4-click here to submit a ticket.....too many steps for a simple demand..!!!

@irishman4 yes, the chatbot take a bit of time, but it is a quicker way to get Agent's attention 🙂

and of course, if you tried chatbot and unable to submit ticket, you can direct message PM support as well
