      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/279412"&gt;@zulaikhamangal&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are referring The a PM voucher made to make a monthly payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM SIM have 14 digits.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to either dial 611 and enter the voucher number or login to your account and go to Payment section and enter the voucher number to make a payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will activate your account to have service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/279412"&gt;@zulaikhamangal&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;where your voucher from?&amp;nbsp; Vouchers from some places has a 24 hours wait time, you sure you have loaded the voucher successfully?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you login to My Account and check the account status?&amp;nbsp; Amd check if there is any amount sitting as Available Fund.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Maybe the fund was loaded but didn't use towards renewal?&amp;nbsp; Also check the payment history to see if it has a voucher loaded and&amp;nbsp; how the fund was used&lt;/P&gt;</description>
