      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/146281"&gt;@odette&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a reason why you feel a refund is necessary and warranted?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile's terms of service (see below "Service Terms") clearly outline that there are no refunds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unless you can demonstrate a charge was taken after specifically requesting Public Mobile terminate service, there is little reason they would accommodate the request.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you were over charged, it will remain as credit in your account and will be applied to your next bill.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
