      <description>&lt;P&gt;When signing up for public mobile, I used a referral code from a friend in order receive rewards, however it has been been around two weeks and there is still no sign of the any rewards received. Any help would be much appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
