      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/279373"&gt;@Dadward&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;eSIM won't help you.&amp;nbsp; PM does not support eSIM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you see the phones not conected to PM network at all or just no voice calls?&amp;nbsp; PM has some voice issue this morning&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to put your PM sim card in another phone and test&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or try to get another sim card, active one, on your phone to test&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also, check if your phone is blocked here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
