If calls still don't work Turn off VoLTE if you have a VoLTE enabled phone.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem, there are funds on the account and status on the account page says "active" but unable to make/receive calls, tells me my plan has expired. Texts/data working though apparently. Ticket opened yesterday no response yet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
