      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I just purchase an international SIM card with a data plan when travelling outside of Canada. &amp;nbsp;It’s better pricing than any roaming package. &amp;nbsp;But it’s the Telus network so you should be fine within Canada .&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
