T Mobile not ringing in the US.

I can texting and out fine, and call out. But no incoming calls, go to voicemail?

@Truxter442 - maybe you are in a weak area of connection on the network? Voice may experience issues.

Are you on the 2G network?

Try restarting your phone, or toggle into/out of airplane mode. Also perhaps a reset of the network settings on the device.

Which city and states you are at?

For roaming text and data, we are using T-Mobile 4G/LTE network, which is relatively easy to connect

But for voice calls, we are using T-Mobile's 2G network. The 2G network is old and has less coverage. That's why you might not be getting voice calls

If you see your phone already connected to the T-Mobile network, try to change your Preferred Network type or Network mode to 2G and see if it connects and if you can make calls

If not, you will have to try again in another area and hope there is better 2G signals
