      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/279265"&gt;@Roshni&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, are you able to sort through potential emails that you might have used to activate the account?&amp;nbsp; If you keep legacy emails, look for a welcome email that would have been sent out after successful activation.&amp;nbsp; That would help to identify the email used to for the account.&amp;nbsp; If this check is not possible, use the chatbot link to initiate a support ticket and a CSA will assist.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
