      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/279258"&gt;@Warren74&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you purchase the iPhone 11 from Telus or PM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Common issues with charging problems is with pocket fluff in the charging port. Check with a flashlight, it should a be shining aluminum base. It can be cleaned out with a wooden toothpick BUT DON’T use metal or it will short out the motherboard and DON’T damage the lightning contacts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Or use compressed air BUT avoid the lightning contacts.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another option is use wireless charging.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Or contact a CS_Agent for a refund or exchange on the 30 day warranty or repaired under the 1 year warranty.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
