      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/35390"&gt;@imamalzhari&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login to My Account again using Incognito mode.&amp;nbsp; Check if the account status already changed to Active&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if so, reboot your phone once.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If calls still do not work, check if your data works and if your phone able to connects to PM network.&amp;nbsp; There were issue with Voice in the last 2 days for some customers, not sure if that still impact your account&lt;/P&gt;</description>
