      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/214891"&gt;@Burlont&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, please access the self serve account using incognito mode on the browser to ensure current information is being viewed.&amp;nbsp; If the US roaming add-on is showing in the account, make sure the phone is connecting to T-Mobile.&amp;nbsp; Manually perform the connection if auto connection is not working.&amp;nbsp; As for talk, this feature will only work where T-Mobile has 2G coverage.&amp;nbsp; The entire 3G network in the US is no longer in service.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
