      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/279127"&gt;@Hawa&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why do you need your account number? It is used if you are porting out of PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you lost your phone, login to your account and click on Lost/Stolen Phone so your SIM information is put on pause.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you get a new phone and SIM, disable Lost/Stolen Phone then click a on Change SIM Card so everything is transferred over to new SIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/279127"&gt;@Hawa&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;yiu lost your phone, but you don't need the accoint number unless you are porting out.&amp;nbsp; Also, you will have problem without a PM sim card to receive porting approval text and reply YES to let the porting completes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are staying with PM or for the purpose of the porting text for port out,&amp;nbsp; get a replacement sim card from a local Telus or Koodo store&lt;/P&gt;</description>
