Hi,

Did they stop sending us reminder texts about when our monthly plans are due? I didn’t realize that my renewal was this week and I’ve been using my LTE, here and there for the past two days…

@Jane080 the text could be hit or miss sometimes

Login to My Account using Incognito mode or call *611 from your phone and confirm your plan was renewed (which it should)
