Hi, How do I change my plan, I went to plans and add-ons but it didn't have any new plans just that I could increase/decrease by a GIG

@DeniseL Sign into self serve and go to plan add on tab and search thru available plans

Change plan / update cc /auto pay

Account #/ change # port /swap SIM

adding be sure to change on next renewal and not change immediately there no pro rating for unused data and mins

first make sure you use Incognito mode to login My Account, without that, it might not load all plans sometimes

When you are there, to to Plan and Add-on page, just click Change my plan. Select 3G or 4G speed plan and use the yellow arrows to scroll up and down for plans

A reminder, make sure you understand the difference between Change plan now or Change plan on renewal date. Most people select Change plan on renewal date to save money

To change plan sign into my Account and go to plan add-ons tab and use yellow arrow to scroll thru 3G and 4G plans .

Once you find plan you want be sure to change on renewal date . So you don’t lose out on current cycle
