      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/279053"&gt;@Cheryl012345&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;thanks for updaing your original post and clear the confusion&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first, your PM account is active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you get a text from PM asking for your approval to port out the number?&amp;nbsp; you need to reply YES without 90 mins&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please call your new provider again and ask them to retrigger the porting request. Then make sure you have your PM sim card in a phone and wait for the text, and reply YES&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
