      <title>Can't make or receive calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Every time I try to make a call it automatically drops the call. And I can't receive calls. My son tried to call Mr and it just rings busy.plwase help. Account is active and haven't made any changes. This started about two hrs ago&lt;/P&gt;</description>
