      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/268371"&gt;@Lauchiemackinno&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;check if Bluetooth is enabled and connected to a headset.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And see if you click speakerphone, does the voice come&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You might want to reboot the phone first, then try Reset All Network and see if it helps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
