      <title>Cannot make or receive calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to make calls it says call declined and I can't receive calls either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Submit a ticket.&amp;nbsp; It took a day, but it was fixed and calling now works for us.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
