    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I did submit a ticket for this yesterday.&amp;nbsp; A Koodo tech contacted me via text and resolved the issue on their end.&amp;nbsp; Calls are now working for me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was trying to reach out to CRA 1-800-959-8281, but it says "UC 2 the number you dialed is not in service." I tried few times with my phone, but all failed to connect. However, when I tried with my kid phone, it reached out well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is my smartphone hacked or infected by malware or something?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I had a similar issue as you and there was a systemwide error.
