      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/188967"&gt;@brrietze&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; 3G is still used for voice , so if you see it when making a call this is normal , and depending on signal strength you may see 3G also … note that it can take up to 48 hours to see the noticeable difference in speed when changing form 3G to 4G&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/188967"&gt;@brrietze&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;generally speaking your phone should not shows 3G &lt;STRONG&gt;UNLESS you are on a voice call&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are not using voice and you are using data, you should see 4G or LTE on the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure your Preferred network type to 4G&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select Settings.&lt;BR /&gt;Select Mobile Data.&lt;BR /&gt;Select Mobile Data Options.&lt;BR /&gt;Select Voice &amp;amp; Data.&lt;BR /&gt;To enable 4G, select 4G.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And also, some area might not have strong 4G or LTE signal and hence your phone might swtiched to the stronger 3G signal.&amp;nbsp; When you move around the town, you should see 4G or LTE comes up&lt;/P&gt;</description>
