Hello,

My mom setup an ignite phone service with Rogers. Every time I call her using my phone it comes up as “unknown caller”. Is Public mobile blocking my caller id?

@Msawers Public Mobile doesn't display your name for outgoing calls but your number will be visible to anyone you call.

Your mom needs to save your name/number in her contacts on her phone and then your name will be available to her when you call.

I am having a similar problem. Two numbers from the same provider (Sasktel) calling but only 1 of them shows their caller display. And yes, both numbers are in my contacts list.
