@weichenghao Definitely some sort of system error I’m sure it will eventually get fixed but other have contacted support and gotten it resolved right away after resetting sim / account

@weichenghao sorry, They won't text you. You can try to reboot the phone every hour and test it

also, you have opened a ticket yet? Open a ticket and they might go to you faster
