      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/250249"&gt;@Rebel_2003&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- restart your phone throughout the day, hopefully this is just a passing thing and will go back to normal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That message about no minutes sometimes pops up on customer's accounts with unlimited calling. Try adding a 1 in front of the 10 digit number or toggle into/out airplane mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try a reset of the device's network settings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
